Deposit/Withdraw Error

Sometimes the transaction may failed, but don't worry. Your asset is super safe. Follow the steps below you will find your asset.

Step 1: Check your "Transaction list" on the top right corner

Step 2: Check your status to see if your transaction error or not

Step 3: Check your "My Asset" which next to your address and your smart contract wallet of the destination chain. Then wait for a moment, the asset will show up right there.
